japan 2-nil in 31"...I think this total is pretty much lost.

It's not that Japan is playing so well but that Oman is playing like a wOman...unable to maintain poss.

Been to Vanuatu once even, its not too far from Fiji (all is relative in that region lol) and similar island community as Fiji in Polynesia.
Vanuatu was formerly called The New Hebrides and was a joint coloni of France and The UK, now they are independant.
With beautiful white sand beaches with crystal clear water and coral reefs, a very lay back population all contribute making the Vanuatu Islands a popular holiday spot for Australians in particular. These islands are the closest overseas destination together with New Caledonia a bit further south in the South Pacific Ocean from the Australian east coast.

The Seychelles are probably amongst the most beautiful and upmarket islands in the world. You will find these islands on the east coast of Africa north of Madagascar. They are French colonial. The islands are slowly sinking into the ocean with global warming aparently.
I always wanted to go there when i was younger before i travelled to similar destinations, now those super exotic places are pretty much all the same... so guess once seen one seen them all!

wow...you make the Seychelles sound interesting...may have to scour the net to find out more.

Vanuatu was New Hebrides...okay, that rings a bell. I googled newspapers from Vanuatu and they were in French so I knew they were French colonial.

world is getting smaller:lolBIG::toast:

Incidentally, I was watching the China v. Iraq match and, well, I thought Arabic announcers were annoying. The Chinese lang. is brutal. Plus, the broadcasters sounded like real homers.

If I can find a pic of a Chinese striker, #9, I will post it. Hilarious...he was wearing ...a stocking cap w/ a hole cut on top to allow for his gel tuft to poke out. He must've had a head injury...for sure..as did th e trainer for allowing that. :nohead:
